JG-210 (PBTC)

JG-210 is a 50% aqueous solution of 2-phosphonobutane-1, 2, 4-tricarboxylic acid (PBTC), designed to control calcium scale formation and precipitation in highly stressed alkaline Industrial Water Treatment (IWT) and boiler systems.
JG-210 (PBTC) has been widely used in industry as a sequestering agent and calcium carbonate scale inhibitor for applications in industrial water treatment and industrial cleaning. Because it is 'chlorine stable', it can also be used for scale control in applications where halogen-based biocides or hypochlorite bleach are employed.
